Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

We provide washer and dryer rentals on a month-to-month basis for a flat fee. Delivery, installation, and basic maintenance/repairs are included.

2. Payments

• Rental fee is $60/month. First payment is due on installation day, covering that month's service.
• Subsequent payments are due exactly one month from the installation date each month.
• Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
• Late or missed payments may result in equipment pickup.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer must provide a safe, suitable location with proper washer/dryer hookups.
• Customer agrees to use the appliances in a normal, reasonable manner.
• Customer must notify us immediately of any issues.

4. Repairs & Replacements

• Repairs and replacements are provided at no extra cost.
• If an appliance cannot be repaired quickly, a replacement unit will be delivered.

5. Ownership

• All appliances remain the property of RentWashersSA.
• Customers may not sell, transfer, or move appliances to another location without written consent.

6. Termination

• Rentals are month-to-month with no long-term contract.
• Customer may cancel at any time with written notice and return of equipment in reasonable condition (normal wear and tear accepted).

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation by anyone other than our staff.
• Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the rented appliances.
